Rather than forwarding every brochure, I select projects whose developer track record, location, specifications and payment terms I am comfortable recommending — and I tell you plainly where the compromises are.

Geographical focus

Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas and La Cala de Mijas, Benahavís, Estepona, the wider Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical. The flagship project I represent personally is the Mosher Collection in Rancho Domingo, Benalmádena.

How buying off-plan works

You reserve a specific unit, sign a private purchase contract (typically 20–30% paid, protected by a bank guarantee), make stage payments during construction and pay the balance at the notary on completion. New builds carry 10% VAT plus 1.2% stamp duty in Andalusia and a ten-year structural guarantee. Timelines, payment schedules and specifications differ per project, so I review each one with you in detail.
