- Details about your property plans that you choose to provide (budget, locations, property details, timeframe).
- Technical data: the page the enquiry came from, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — anonymous usage statistics.
Why it is used (legal basis)
- Consent — to answer your enquiry and contact you about property matters you asked about.
- Legitimate interest — to operate and secure the website and to keep records of enquiries.
- Legal obligation — where Spanish law requires records to be kept (for example anti-money-laundering rules once a transaction begins).
Who your data is shared with
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with service providers who host this website and its database, and — only where necessary for a transaction you have asked me to progress — with lawyers, developers, banks or notaries. Providers act under data processing agreements.
How long it is kept
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to assist you and, afterwards, for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law. You can ask for deletion at any time.
