Why a selected approach to resale property

Portals list thousands of second-hand homes on the Costa del Sol, many overpriced, many long sold and most unsuitable for any given buyer. Because I work across Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas and Estepona, I know which streets, urbanisations and buildings hold their value, where the views and orientation are right, and which properties are realistically priced.
